Post Cruise Thoughts

This was a most wonderful cruise.

Getting to see so much of life in Norway during the summer months was a treat. Travel on Azamara is also great experience. So much so we booked the Panama Canal cruise in January 2026.

We arrived back in Copenhagen right on time and took the cruise transportation back to the airport. Checkin was easy once we foudnthe crusieline checking. Since we were flying business class we got to spend time in the SAS lounge which was not much to write home about other than it was a bit less crowded than the main terminal.

The walk to our gate was long and we passed by a number of 7-11 vending machines which must be a thing in soune countries.

Our flight boarded on time and arrived in Toronto on time about 4 PM Customs was pretty easy despite the long line. We had paid the extra to park in the garage which at the time seemed crazy but upon our return was a welcome expense.

The drive back to Rochester was pretty easy despite it being rush hour. The only issue was a few downpours. We’ve never gone across the Canadian boarder where we were the only car but we go though customs quickly and headed back to Rochester..

It was a most wonderful vacation.
